Vendor Seminar (3-Hour Timeslot)
Thank
you for your interest in presenting a half-day vendor seminar. Morning seminars
will be held 9:00 am to Noon. Afternoon seminars will be held 2:00 to 5;00 pm.
The two-hour break between noon and 2:00 pm will allow attendees to visit exhibits
and grab a bite to eat.
Southcon will provide (free of charge to
exhibiting companies - $1,100 to non-exhibiting companies): · Meeting
room, set classroom style · Podium · Wired Microphone
Benefits
and opportunities for participating vendors: · Extensive attendance
promotion · Signage announcing seminar in registration area and exhibit

Vendor will provide

Title of vendor workshop (by Sept. 15, 2005) · 100 word abstract (by
Sept. 15, 2005) · Handout materials for attendees
Options:
Vendor may choose to serve refreshments (i.e., coffee,
tea, sodas, etc.) Show management will provide a list of foods and beverages that
can be ordered. Cost will be borne by the vendor.
Vendor
may choose to offer continuing education units (CEUs) to attendees. There is a
$50 charge to have your seminar CEU certified, and $15 per attendee for their
CEU certificates. Show management will coordinate the certification process through

Full-Day
Vendor Seminar (6-Hour Timeslot)
Thank
you for your interest in presenting a full-day vendor seminar. Full-day seminars
will be held from 9:00 am to Noon (with a 2-hour break for lunch/visit exhibits)
and resume from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
Southcon will provide (free of
charge to exhibiting companies - $2,200 to non-exhibiting companies):
