Thank you for your interest in presenting a vendor workshop. Each timeslot is one hour, and begins at the top of the hour. Vendors should allow 5 minutes to hook up their laptop to the LCD projector and to check the sound system. Actual presentation should begin at 5 minutes after the hour, and can run anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on complexity of topic covered. Vendors must clear the theater ON TIME so that the next workshop can start as scheduled.

Since vendor workshops are being held on the exhibit floor, refreshments
should be limited to those available for sale in the café area.
